Why not just hire a pool contractor? +
Most contractors build pools — they don't design ecological water systems. That's why many pools look great on day one and become unstable over time. We are water system transformation designers. What we produce is a complete design blueprint that any contractor can execute — but the system logic, filtration design, and long-term stability planning is our work, not theirs.
Can my existing pool actually be converted? +
Most pools can be converted, but suitability depends on your structural setup, available space for a bog zone, and current circulation system. That's exactly what the RM150 remote consultation determines — we assess photos and videos first, so you know what's possible before committing to anything further.
Do I still need any chemicals after conversion? +
In a properly designed natural pool, ongoing chlorine dependency is eliminated. During the early establishment phase (typically 4–8 weeks), minimal intervention may be needed as the biology matures. The goal is a self-sustaining system — not a reduction in chemicals, but their elimination in the long run.
How long until the system stabilises? +
Expect 4–8 weeks for full biological establishment. Water may fluctuate during this period — that's normal and expected. Once the bog bacteria colony matures and plant root systems are established, the system self-regulates. Patience in the first two months pays off for years.
Do you build or maintain the pool? +
We design — we do not build or maintain. We produce complete design blueprints and contractor execution guidance. The physical build is done by your chosen contractor. This keeps our designs unbiased and focused purely on what's right for your system — not what's easiest to build.
What do I need to send for the remote consultation? +
For existing pools: clear photos and short videos of the pool, pump area, and surrounding space. For new builds: photos of the land and rough measurements or a sketch. We do the diagnostic work — you just show us what you have.
Is this designed for Malaysia's climate? +
Yes — entirely. Our system designs account for tropical heat, humidity, rainfall patterns, and local plant species. This isn't a European natural pool concept adapted for Malaysia. It's designed from the ground up for our conditions.
